Vision Board Support Tip - March 2009:

I have just arrived in Australia again!
While enjoying the flight from Honolulu to Sydney.

I chose to re - listen to the audio version of "The Secret."
Below is something I thought would be of benefit to you this month.

Jack Canfield offers some fabulous techniques for manifesting which I totally agree with:
1. Visualize your end result goal as if it is happening now, become fully associated using all senses - for a solid 5 minutes.
2. After the 5 minute visualization - write a list of what you are grateful for now.
3. Then release the goal & vision it to the Universe and attend to your day as usual.
4. Allow the Universe to bring you inspired thoughts and ideas and act on those ideas.
5. Have fun.
